It’s a season of change—both outside our windows and within our hearts. For some, this week feels like a nice reprieve, a breath of fresh air. For others, it’s a return to routine that brings with it weariness, disappointment, or a sense of being overwhelmed. Still others find themselves buzzing with excitement, anticipating new activities and accomplishments.
Wherever you find yourself today, let me offer this simple reminder: God has not changed.
He is enthroned above every season—joyful or heavy, slow or hurried, peaceful or chaotic. While our days may shift quickly, and our emotions rise and fall, the Lord remains steady. Sovereign. Faithful.
Isaiah 40:8 tells us, “The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.”
Grass is growing fast right now, flowers are bursting up and showing off. But they are fragile, short-lived things..
What a gift that in a world of constant change, we have a God who does not change. His promises are still true. His grace is still sufficient. His presence is still near. And His Word still speaks life—every day, every season..
As you lead your families through the ever-shifting days of spring and beyond, I pray you find rest not in routines or circumstances, but in the unshakable, eternal truths of God’s Word.
With you in every season,
