February has been Heart Health Awareness Month. This year The American Heart Association expects to raise about 16 million dollars as a result of the commitments made during February. Additionally millions of people will take part in a variety of behavior adjustments in support of better heart health.
To accomplish a huge and important goal such as ending heart disease, awareness is important. Education about the need is important. Behavior change is important. Broad community support and involvement is important.
At New Cov we also have a huge and important goal. And it’s also associated with heart health–spiritual heart health.
